The staff was amazing, offering suggestions for dinner options and even arranging dinner reservations for us. They greeted us with cookies and made us feel welcome even though we arrived late. The hotel's location close to downtown Napa made it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, including the nice pool and outside seating, added to our enjoyable stay.

Nothing not to love.

We had a fantastic time at this inn. The location was perfect, very close to many restaurants and it was a quick walk to the center of this city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful gardens to walk through. The breakfast provided different options each day, and we enjoyed the wine and cheese happy hour in the evening. The staff, especially Tiffany, was welcoming and accommodating. We also appreciated the ample parking available.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The staff, including Cesar at the front desk, made me feel welcome and at home. The complimentary glass of wine was a lovely touch. The sleep quality was fantastic, and the pillows were the best part. The hotel was also conveniently located in a quiet area, close enough to walk to recommended restaurants and the center of town.
